Shows its sources
Every field it fills is highlighted on the document it came from. Click a number, see the paper.
You check it and press Book. Free for small fleets, every company you own on one subscription, and a free driver app for every driver. Built by a working Canadian carrier.
See every load, driver and truck from one dispatch board — and let the paperwork file itself.
An AI reader goes through the document, and a second reader checks it when needed. Every field lands in the form with a line back to where it was found — and anything the two disagree on is flagged for you, never guessed. The dispatcher reviews, then books.
Measured in September 2026 on one three-page rate confirmation.
An AI that guesses a rate costs you money. So TranSof shows where every number came from, checks its own work, and never books anything without you.
Every field it fills is highlighted on the document it came from. Click a number, see the paper.
A second AI reader checks the reading when needed. Where the two disagree, you get a flag to look at — not a quiet guess.
The reader drafts and you press Book. The assistant suggests and you confirm. Neither saves on its own.
The software we could buy made us type every load ten times. TranSof reads the paperwork, drafts the load for you to book, and hands the driver a button.
Your office and your drivers work on the same records today. Portals for your customers, carriers, repair shops and staff are on the roadmap, and each will open onto the same records, with nothing typed twice.
For owners, dispatch and accounting.
For company drivers and team drivers, free on every plan.

On Growth and up (paid plans open soon), one organization holds every legal entity you own. Switch companies and the board, the currency, the load numbers and the settings follow — while your people keep one login across every company.
Operations, documents, fleet, money and people — the modules that ship now. What comes next is listed under them, marked On the roadmap.
Every load in view: waiting, booked, on the road and delivered, with filters that say what they’re doing.
Pickups and deliveries in order, each with its driver and truck, and the route on a map.
Arrived and done at every stop, set by dispatch or tapped in the driver app.
Drivers, trucks and trailers on a timeline, with the loads waiting for a driver beside them.
Load chat with the driver, direct messages and team groups, kept with the load.
Brokers get Picked up and Delivered e-mails, POD attached, without anyone calling the driver.
One address book for brokers, shippers, receivers and customs brokers, with contacts, terms and credit limits.
How each load clears (PARS, PAPS, CSA or in-bond), with its number and its customs broker.
Drop a rate confirmation; the load fills itself, each value highlighted where it was found.
A second AI reader checks the reading when needed and flags what disagrees.
Ask where a load is, or have it assign a driver. Nothing changes until you confirm.
Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs and receipts filed on the load, and sent with the invoice.
Type a VIN and the unit fills itself in. Status, owning company and home yard on every unit.
Registration, insurance, safety inspection, IRP, IFTA decal and 2290 dates, with what’s due on the dashboard.
Repairs and services logged on each unit, with the vendor, the cost and the odometer.
Where the fleet parks, used as the start and end points of a load.
Phone, licence and its expiry, home truck and app access, one record per driver.
Today’s load and the next stop on any phone. Drivers never see a rate.
Built from the load’s charges, with GST/HST, and e-mailed with the paperwork attached.
Record what customers paid, apply it to their invoices, and print statements.
What the company pays for that no load does, with receipts, vendors and what’s still to pay.
Download the packet for your factor, and record when it went in.
Decide who sees rates, costs and profit, role by role.
Invite people and build roles from a permission catalogue.
Several legal entities under one login, on Growth and up. Switch, and everything follows.
Invoices, payments and costs to a spreadsheet, whenever you want them.
Not built yet, and no dates. When one ships, it moves up into the list above.
Bring a spreadsheet or an export. You keep working while it comes across.
